The biggest realizations of the participants in my creative Team Building in company: comparison, leadership, communication, change management, responsiveness, performance syndrome, focus on the result and not the process, self-confidence…
Does that ring a bell?
Imagine a space where exchanges come to life and open up new possibilities.
People discover themselves in a different way, because they are more open to introspection during a playful activity.
When comparison arises… and authenticity reasserts itself
I almost always hear this at the beginning of the workshop:
"I'm not an artist."
But what I often hear behind it is: "I'm afraid I won't be up to the task."
And that's exactly where it all begins... and where my expertise comes into play.
Creating in a space free from judgment, without pressure to produce results, makes a difference.
Little by little, you let go of the need to compare yourself, and you rediscover what it feels like… to just be yourself.
Authentic. Present. Curious.
Another way to be a leader
Perhaps you believe that a good leader should always have the answers.
But what I see, workshop after workshop, is that the best leaders are often those who give space. Those who listen, who value the ideas of others, who inspire without imposing.
And you know what? They're rarely the loudest. They're the ones who understand that true leadership is built on nuance, acceptance, and trust.
Building connections, for real
During the workshop, you might find yourself talking to a colleague you never usually interact with. And suddenly, the conversation becomes natural, genuine, and far removed from corporate jargon.
I remember a time when someone said to one of his colleagues:
"I've never dared to tell you this, but I truly admire the way you handle tense situations."
This kind of thing isn't often discussed in meetings. But around a screen, when the filters fall away, we start to really see each other.
Adapt without getting defensive
Changing an idea in the middle of a creative process is not always comfortable, but it's part of the process.
And that's often when you realize that you also experience this fear of change on a daily basis.
One day, a participant told me:
"It's crazy, I finally understand why I freeze up every time I'm taken out of my routine at work. Thanks to this workshop, I've learned to adapt differently."
Creating is about practicing resilience. And that's exactly what we need in the professional world!
Leave the performance syndrome at the door
There are no good or bad results here. No deliverables. No evaluations. No "musts".
And it feels good.
You rediscover that you can do something… just for fun.
Not to perform. Not to impress.
Just to express yourself, to explore, to create.
And in that space, you are surprised by what emerges when you realize that you have just reconnected with your inner child.
Some ideas.
Emotions.
Forgotten impulses.
Focus, trust and collaboration
Creating together requires adjustment, listening, and making space.
It also means accepting that others will touch your work and change the final result.
You might say:
"Can I add a little blue here?"
And your colleague will reply:
"Yes, and if we add some more here, like this, it could be even more beautiful."
And without realizing it, you have just practiced active listening, compassionate communication… and collaboration.
You discover the power of the collective brain and the impact of pooling our ideas.
Showing one's vulnerability also offers a space for more human connection that lasts over time.
What if this was the beginning of something else?
Often, at the end of the workshop, conversations continue spontaneously.
You can feel that something has shifted, that people are looking at each other differently.
And no, it's not just the effect of the activity. It's the result of small clicks, of those micro-awakenings that make all the difference.
What if you offered it to your team?
A creative team building workshop is much more than just an original moment spent together.
This is an opportunity to create real connections, open up perspectives, and leave with concrete tools to collaborate better.
Because sometimes all it takes is a blank canvas… to reveal the full potential of a team.
