It's never too late! The right time is now!

It's never too late will be the title of my next book.


I feel so inspired by the subject.


And the idea came when a 75-year-old coaching client approached me to help her achieve one of her biggest dreams: writing a book.


She was convinced that it was too late, that it was impossible.


And together, we identified the blockages and beliefs that were preventing him from going all the way.


In a world where time often seems to be speeding up, many of us may feel pressure to achieve our goals by a certain age.


Yet, it is essential to remember that every day offers a new opportunity to turn our dreams into reality.


The power of resilience

Resilience is the ability to bounce back from setbacks, learn from mistakes, and move forward. Nelson Mandela said, "I never lose. I either win or I learn."


This quote reminds us that every experience, whether positive or negative, contributes to our personal growth. It's never too late to learn something new or to reinvent yourself.


Inspiring stories

Many people have proven that it's never too late to follow your dreams. Take the example of Harland Sanders, better known as Colonel Sanders, who started KFC at the age of 65. His story perfectly illustrates that age is just a number and that you can start a new adventure at any time.


Similarly, JK Rowling, the author of the Harry Potter saga, experienced failures and rejections before achieving success.


Believe in yourself

Self-confidence is essential to achieving our dreams. As Eleanor Roosevelt said, "No one can make you feel inferior without your consent."


Believing in yourself is the first step towards achieving your goals. No matter what obstacles stand in your way, it's crucial to maintain faith in your abilities.


The importance of support


Surrounding yourself with positive and encouraging people can also make a big difference. Maya Angelou is right again when she says:


"I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel."


Building a support network can strengthen our resolve and help us overcome challenges.


Conclusion: Everything is possible!


It's important to remember that every day is a new opportunity to pursue our dreams. Whether you're 20 or 70, it's never too late to start something new. As Walt Disney said, "All our dreams can come true if we have the courage to pursue them."


So, dare to dream big and remember: anything is possible if you truly believe in it!
