The only bad choice is the absence of choice.

Putting on your underwear… for real.
For a long time, I believed that enduring was better than confronting. But the day I fired a key employee at my restaurant, another one shouted at me:
👉 " Finally, the boss put on her pants! "
At first, I froze. Then, I understood.
When you keep a rotten apple for too long, it ends up contaminating the whole basket. And in life, it's the same.
I've been there. In business, in my family, in my projects. Times when I couldn't stand up for myself. When I tolerated the intolerable, thinking it would all work itself out. Spoiler alert: it never does.
🎯 The only bad choice? It's not choosing. Remaining stuck, maintaining an image instead of embracing who you truly are.
Make the choice to move forward is an act of courage.
Perhaps you, too, are at a crossroads right now. You know something's wrong, but you're still holding on. To a job, a relationship, a routine. Because change is scary.
I resisted too. Until the day my body said STOP. I came close to the point of no return. But that shock was my awakening. I chose to break free from my chains, my labels, and this unhealthy desire to please at all costs.
🧠 The result? I redefined my leadership. I learned to prioritize myself, to listen to myself, to dare.
