…and that's why I'll see you there LIVE every Monday starting January 5th

My head is boiling.

I don't know about you, but me… I have a hamster that almost never takes a break.

I reflect, I feel deeply, I question. I like to understand. To learn. To put words to what's inside me and share it, simply. That's how I truly connect.

And one day, this idea emerged: to create a space where I could talk to you, like to a friend. To open the doors to my inner world.

In 2020, I dared to take the plunge. The podcast Dans la tête d'Aro was born.

An unpretentious project… but with all the intensity and authenticity that define me.

I talk to you there about what affects me:

• personal growth

• entrepreneurship

• Human marketing

• the challenges of life (the real ones)

• and above all, the little things that gently transform our daily lives

I share my experiences, my readings, my realizations.

What I've experienced. What I've learned. What I wish someone had told me, sometimes.
